Terms and Conditions

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Soul Guidance. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms, created to ensure a respectful, safe, and aligned experience for all.

1. Nature of the services 

Services are offered as a form of intuitive and spiritual guidance. They are intended for personal insight and reflection and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). You remain fully responsible for your own choices and actions.

2. Eligibility

All clients must be 18 years or older at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance. Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

4.1 Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and charged in full at the discretion of the service provider.

4.2 Programs

Services purchased as a program are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed. By enrolling in a program, the client commits to the full duration and cost of the program.

4.3 Payment and installments

Where payment plans or installments have been agreed upon, all installments remain due and payable in accordance with the agreed schedule. Installment obligations cannot be cancelled, suspended, or refunded, regardless of the client’s completion of the program.

4.4 Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at the discretion of the service provider and must be confirmed in writing.

5. Confidentiality & Respect

All sessions are held in a safe, respectful, and confidential space. Any personal information or topics discussed during your reading will remain private unless disclosure is required by law.

Clients are expected to engage respectfully. Any inappropriate or abusive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

6. No Guarantees

While readings are offered with care and intention, no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes, accuracy, or future events.

7. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or end a session at my discretion if I feel the energy or interaction is not aligned or respectful.

8. Booking Platform

Our bookings and payments are managed through our website platform. Personal data is processed in accordance to our privacy practices to ensure security and confidentiality.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
