Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, the following policy applies to all services and programs.
Individual sessions
Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and charged in full at the discretion of the service provider.
Programs
Services purchased as a program are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed. By enrolling in a program, the client commits to the full duration and cost of the program.
Payment installments
Where payment plans or installments have been agreed upon, all installments remain due and payable in accordance with the agreed schedule. Installment obligations cannot be cancelled, suspended, or refunded, regardless of the client’s completion of the program.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at the discretion of the service provider and must be confirmed in writing.
